What you receive
Texting Studio sells two digital products: a Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) and one-time packs of 100 credits. Both are delivered online to the account you are signed in with. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges.
Delivery time
Pro or credits are added to your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. In rare cases a payment confirmation can take up to 24 hours. Your updated plan or balance shows in the studio's credits menu.
Where it works
Texting Studio runs in a web browser, so purchases can be used anywhere the website is available, on any device where you sign in with the same account.
If something does not arrive
If you were charged but Pro or your credits did not appear within 24 hours, contact us with the email on your account and the payment ID from your receipt. If we cannot fix it, you get a full refund under our refund & cancellation policy.
