Subscriptions
Pro costs $8 a month or $64 a year, or ₹499 a month or ₹3,999 a year when billed in Indian rupees. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the studio: open the credits menu, then choose Cancel plan. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
Payments for a period that has started are not refundable, because Pro is a digital service available immediately. We refund in full if you were charged twice for the same period, charged after cancelling, or could not use Pro because of a fault on our side that we could not fix. Ask within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Credit packs
A credit pack is a one-time purchase of 100 credits for $2.99, or ₹149 in Indian rupees. Bought credits do not expire. Because they are added to your account immediately, packs are not refundable, except when you were charged twice or the credits never arrived and we could not fix it.
Free credits
Free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Delivery
Pro and credit packs are delivered online. They are added to your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. Nothing is shipped.
